ECS is proud to announce the opening of its new, state-of-the-art aqua ammonia facility in North Central New Jersey. Designed from the ground up, built, and owned by ECS, the plant came on line in August, 2005. The unique aspect of this new plant is its water purification system, which is unparalleled in the industry. With a minimum water purity level of 13.0 megohms-cm (typically over 15.0 megohms-cm), ECS far surpasses the industry average of 6-9 megohms-cm, thereby enabling customers to further reduce impurities and hazardous emissions. Aqua ammonia of this purity may actually extend catalyst life in some types of systems.

ECS prides itself on the safe production, storage, and delivery of its products. Consequently, it has partnered with Linden Bulk Transportation, a premier carrier serving the east coast, with offices in New Jersey and a staff of 125 experienced drivers, each fully trained in the most up-to-date methods and techniques of hazardous chemical transportation. Mindful, nevertheless that up-to-date equipment, training and procedures are not always enough in the chemical industry serving a complex and sometimes unpredictable world, ECS carries comprehensive product liability insurance underwritten by industry leader AIG for all of its businesses.
